We are excited to announce the All Iowa Shop Hop Showcase at the Iowa State Fair. Entries in the Quilting Division that use any of the 2023 All Iowa Shop Hop Exclusive Fabrics will be eligible to win a $250 gift certificate!
How the contest works.
All entries must use one or more of the 2023 All Iowa Shop Hop fabrics and will be displayed together at the Fair.
- You can submit entries in any class within Quilting Division 61.
- You do not need to note anything special for your entry. Items using All Iowa Shop Hop fabrics will be automatically entered.
- Showcase winner will receive a $250 gift certificate which may be used at any participating All Iowa Shop Hop store.
How to enter your quilt.
Enter your projects in the Iowa Family Living competition at the 2023 Iowa State Fair.
- Competition: Iowa Family Living / Fabric & Threads / Quilting Division 61
- Entries open: May 1
- Deadline to enter: July 1
- Delivery of finished quilts to Fair: July 29
- You must be an Iowa Resident to enter this contest

This year’s All Iowa Shop Hop Exclusive Fabrics feature Iowa State Fair scenes! Illustrations of historic fair buildings, fun patterns of farm animals, and a busy midway print will bring heartwarming memories of annual trips to the Fair. The Exclusive Fabrics are available at participating Shop Hop stores beginning June 1, 2023. Fabric pre-orders may be placed with most stores.
